The Maiden Gully Progress Association has been approached with a request for feedback on the Maiden Gully Precinct Structure plan by Elton Consulting, who are acting on behalf of the City of Greater Bendigo.

The aim is to identify the draft plan’s likely social and economic impacts, both positive and negative, and find out if there are suggestions for how identified impacts can be addressed.

1. What are good things that the Association thinks will come out of the draft Plan/future growth?
2. What are the Association’s concerns with the draft Plan/future growth?
3. What could be done to address these concerns?
4. What could be done to improve benefits? Could the proposal be changed to provide greater benefits?
